摘要: In a solid phase immunoassay, one specifically wants to measure antibody adsorption from liquid onto an antigen covered surface or vice versa. The objective is therefore characterize and quantify adsorbed organic material on substrate surface. Quantification the most important task clinical point of view. We can either use rate total amount as data. Most methods for quantification binding reactions surfaces, e. g. radioimmunoassay (RIA) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (Engwall Pesce, 1978), do not permit continuous (kinetic) measurement reactions. studies confined type measurements in which reaction under study terminated after certain time alternatively allowed run equilibrium. this communication we will refer steadystate measurements, although it always equilibrium situation study. here describe simple optical technique by means possible kinetic steady-state measurements.
