摘要: It is important in the design of a drying system to evaluate sticking behaviour materials being dried. A new approach issue applied this study by carrying out test for liquid associated with under study. was found that bridge responsible initial contact surfaces. The colloidal material eventually building sticky solid during drying. glass transition temperature Brewers Spent Grain (BSG) particles and solution expelled from these were tested using Differential Scanning Calorimetric (DSC). However, chopped BSG showed no temperature; there an appreciable number stuck rotary drum dryer sample holders colloidal particles filtered concentrated through evaporation then analysed DSC where they at (-23) (-33) oC. In addition, thus prepared honey consistency touch when concentrated. These two properties are indications may be steel surfaces
