摘要: Abstract Two fluorophores, SPF-TNS and SPF-TBB , with electron-rich triphenylamine groups Ag + receptor units on the respective biphenyl branches of 9,9′-spirobifluorene were synthesized. They exhibit strong one- two-photon excited fluorescence, absorption cross-section values are 665 GM for 355GM . The probing behaviors toward metal ions investigated via UV/Vis spectra as well one-photon fluorescence changes. results indicated that distinct fluorescent quenching in presence silver can be used highly sensitive selective naked-eye detection made to measure water content organic solvents. limits calculated 0.04% THF 0.03% 1,4-dioxane. scanning microscopy experiments suggest is a promising label potentially applicable tracking biomolecules.
