摘要: Carbamazepine (CBZ) is among the ten most frequent pharmaceuticals that occur in aquatic systems, with known effects on inhabiting organisms, including bivalves. Bivalves are important species coastal ecosystems, often exhibiting a dominant biomass within invertebrate communities. These organisms play major role functioning of ecosystem and particularly food webs (as suspension-feeders) represent significant fraction fisheries resource. They also have strong interactions environment, water sediment considered good bioindicator species. The present paper reviews literature impacts CBZ biological endpoints marine bivalves exposed to environmentally non-environmentally relevant concentrations, highlighting differences terms responses, associated exposure period, concentrations tested, used. Overall, available showed induces individual sub-individual (adults life stages) common effect reported was induction oxidative stress.
