摘要: The effects of ultrasonic impact treatment (UIT) on the residual stress within a 45 mm-thick high-strength steel welded joint were investigated. internal stresses after UIT was measured with contour method and compared as-welded simulated by finite element method. surface also X-ray diffraction hole-drilling to validate simulation model. Results show that introduces compressive layer in weld zone has same effect longitudinal transverse welding stresses; interior increase demonstrate more uniform distribution UIT; would not affect initial presented far away from zone.
