Isospin model for suppression of charge order in hole-doped NaV2O5

摘要: Abstract The layered perovskite compound NaV 2 O 5 exhibits charge ordering (CO) and spin-gap formation which is driven by inter-site Coulomb forces exchange dimerisation. Experimentally it was found that rapidly suppressed doping. CO in has a quasi-1D character due to inter-ladder frustration the Trellis lattice. Based on an extended isospin ( T =1) approach for hole-doped ladders we construct Ising-like model explains qualitatively destruction of phase as function hole doping δ show how parameter depends ratio hopping energies.
