摘要: Currently, many heart rate monitors or HRM have been developed with numerical digital displays providing indications of target rate. Such do not provide for ease reading under most conditions use, particularly when the user is exercising vigorously. This paper presents a prototype bracelet-like which responds to problem by integrating colour-coding system. The uniform colour homogenously, enabling tell at brief glance optimal exercise intensity range. transmission medium ANT+ was used transfer data from chest strap microcontroller then processed display appropriate according project specifications. LED programmed using Arduino automatically suggest their optimum zones in accordance personal and pre-set goal. Analysis demonstrated that device effective communicating training zone would certainly help athletes, coaches public monitor regulate regime.
