摘要: Small RNA molecules of about 20 to 30 nucleotides function in gene regulation and genomic defense via conserved eukaryotic interference (RNAi)-related pathways. The RNAi machinery consists three core components: Dicer, Argonaute, RNA-dependent polymerase. In fungi, the RNAi-related pathways have major functions: defense, heterochromatin formation, regulation. Studies Schizosaccharomyces pombe Neurospora, other fungi uncovered surprisingly diverse small biogenesis pathways, suggesting that utilize various cellular processes adapt different environmental conditions. These studies also provided important insights into how functions systems general. this review, we will discuss our current understanding fungal their functions, with a focus on filamentous fungi. We can be used as tool research.
