摘要: Abstract Loss of soft and hard tissue is common after tooth extraction. Substantial resorption alveolar bone compromises esthetics may result in prosthetic surgical limitations. Immediate implant placement at the time extraction used to maintain ridge dimensions. Clinical studies support successful outcome immediate dental implants fresh sockets; comparative clinical have found that survival rates are similar those delayed placement. This article addresses techniques for prevention management complications associated with this procedure.
