摘要: : The effects of different androgen and testicular fluid levels on the protein synthesis secretion epididymis mice rats were examined. In mice, in vitro five epididymal segments measured from 3 days up to 8 weeks after efferent duct ligation. During entire period, alterations rate per milligram tissue small. At weeks, mean ligated was 80% that control side. As a consequence weight loss epididymis, however, organ can be estimated reduced by 50%. Changes profile only found proximal segment, where 40-kd appeared 29-kd disappeared. rats, ligation studied vivo for months. Structural changes present both distal epididymis. most conspicuous change secretory proteins disappearance 27-kd segment. 32-kd no longer secreted. castration secreted demonstrated that, without stimulation, some are still 6 castration. Administering low or high doses testosterone propionate castrated resulted almost similar profiles proteins. However one preferentially stimulated dose propionate.
