Priority access criteria for elective cholecystectomy: a comparison of three scoring methods

摘要: AIM To compare two priority access criteria scoring methods for elective cholecystectomy, with a score based on clinical judgement obtained using linear analogue scale. METHODS Patients placed the waiting list laparoscopic cholecystectomy between June and October 1997 were prioritised three methods. RESULTS Data 22 patients. The distributions of scores different but there was significant correlation them. However, limits agreement analysis demonstrated little them difference +/- 30 points (out 100) each method.
