摘要: Coffee is a commonly consumed beverage with potential health benefits. The consumption of coffee has been suggested to have beneficial effects on subclinical inflammation. T helper 17 (Th17) cells, which secrete IL-17, promote protective immunity against extracellular bacteria and fungi, mainly at mucosal surfaces. These cells also autoimmune inflammatory diseases. In the present study, we demonstrated for first time that suppressed IL-6 plus transforming growth factor-beta-induced Th17 differentiation in vitro. inhibited IL-6-induced phosphorylation signal transducer activator transcription 3, cytokine-activated essential factor development. order determine whether daily affected population IL-17-producing vivo, healthy mice were provided 10 g/l or decaffeinated solution 14 days. frequency both drinking decreased slightly. results suggest suppressive may be useful controlling unbalanced cytokine networks
