摘要: In a gas laser having integrated mirrors wherein two longitudinal modes of the oscillation are excited during operation, and oscillatory planes thereof reside perpendicularly relative to one another, stabilization angular position is achieved in that an optically birefringent element arranged beam path optical resonator.
