摘要: The Notch signaling pathway, known to be a highly conserved pathway in embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis, participates cell fate decisions that include cellular differentiation, survival death. However, other studies have shown aberrant is pro-tumorigenic, particularly hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). HCC one of the most common malignant tumors world has high mortality rate. Growing evidence supports plays critical role by regulating tumor microenvironment, tumorigenesis, progression, angiogenesis, invasion metastasis. Accordingly, overexpression closely associated with poor prognosis HCC. In this review, we focus on pro-tumorigenic HCC, summarize current knowledge its development, outline therapeutic potential targeting
