摘要: Methods have been developed for making an injection replica visualization of minute vessels by scanning electron microscopy. These methods useful producing clear three-dimensional images the vasculature many organs, including liver [1–3]. This chapter briefly describes method and reviews findings in man monkey some other animals [4–6]. Emphasis will be placed on peribiliary plexus its connecting vessels. may special functional significance control microcirculation bile secretory activity.
