摘要: Despite the variety of empirically supported treatments for depression, many available evidence-based do not satisfactorily promote or maintain clinically significant changes in patients. Moreover, depression have been primarily focused on reducing patients’ symptoms deficits and less concerned with building positive resources that seem to be interest depressed individuals. This paper describes a manualized protocol new empirically-validated psychological intervention Integrative Positive Psychological Intervention Depression, which incorporates balance between hedonic eudaimonic components combination in-session exercises homework. The is 10-session program, group format, includes interventions shown effective increasing well-being alleviating depressive symptoms. rationale developing this protocol, underlying theoretical framework some general guidelines its application are presented. Furthermore, implications discussed, demonstrating how it may help to overcome limitations current, depression.
