摘要: Abstract A new inorganic ion exchanger, zirconium selenite has been synthesi zed having Zr:Se ratio of 1:1 and a cation exchange capacity 0.75 m equiv.g−1. It is fairly stable in water, dilute solutions acids, bases salts, nonaqueous solvents. Ion distribution coefficients eighteen metal ions have determined aqueous non-aqueous systems. The material shows affinity for Pb2+, Cd2+, Ba2+, ZrO2+ VO2+ ions. tentative structure this proposed on the basis chemical analysis, pH-titrations, thermal infrared studies. An investigation decomposition accords with following scheme:
