摘要: Animal tumor models for blood-borne metastasis have been developed by in vitro cloning or vivo selection of malignant cell populations to obtain organ-preferring variant lines with altered arrest, survival, invasion, and growth properties. Selection some characteristics lung-, brain-, ovary-colonizing metastatic B16 melanoma, liver-colonizing RAW114 lymphosarcoma, lung-colonizing MSV3T3 vasoformative sarcoma will be discussed along additional data, suggesting that cells varying potential preeexist the unselected population.
