Development policies as a vehicle for addressing climate change

摘要: This article summarizes the findings of an international research effort, presented in this Special Issue, intended to identify opportunities and challenges creating institutional arrangements that could lock in, exploit, a dynamic which development policies alter socio-technical systems indirectly promote various climate activities.
