摘要: An overview is given on recent results in organic spintronic research. In particular, so-called spinterfaces, spin- injecting interfaces involving semiconductor (OSC) molecules and ferromagnetic metals, are discussed. The inter- faces classified different categories depending the type strength of interface interaction relevant physics concerning energy level alignment spin polariza- tion states explained. Examples characterization both energetics spin-related properties obtained from a wide variety experimental techni- ques, highlighting ways contacting can modify electronic magnetic OSC metals at resulting spinterfaces. Finally, models for injection spinterfaces presented dis- cussed, followed by some speculations consequences device design performance. V C 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
