摘要: In order to define the cellular site of synthesis for hemocyanin and digestive enzymes in decapod hepatopancreas, we studied expression messenger ribonucleic acids (RNAs) these molecules epithelium lining hepatopancreas tubules. situ hybridisation gene probes amylase, cathepsin-L, cellulase, chitinase-1 trypsin tissue sections shrimp confirmed that F-cells tertiary, secondary primary ducts are sites enzyme RNA (mRNA). The also contained mRNA gene. This finding raises important questions on mechanism by which mature accumulates hemolymph. Our studies further showed Penaeus monodon remain transcriptionally active mRNAs during periods starvation.
