摘要: The reliable and rapid diagnosis of infectious animal diseases presents an exceptionally im- portant aspect when considering their control prevention. paper describes the compara- tive evaluation two isothermal amplification methods for African swine fever (ASF). robustness loop-mediated (LAMP) cross-priming (CPA) were compared using samples obtained from ASF confirmed animals. Both assays evaluated in order to define diagnostic capabilities terms reproducibility results. Investigations showed no cross-reactivity other pig patho- gens significant differences specificity both assays. sensitivity LAMP reached 90%, while that CPA was 70%. In conclusion, are suitable imple- mentation preliminary but further improvements required enhance sensitivity.
