摘要: Genetic polymorphisms of apolipoprotein (apo) A-IV have been shown to influence lipoprotein metabolism in some human populations. In this study, we evaluated the physiological effect three apo (Gln360- > His, Thr347- Ser and XbaI within second intron gene), a French population, on seven quantitative traits: total cholesterol triglycerides, HDL, A-IV, B, A-I glucose. The polymorphism at amino-acid 360 was determined by direct analysis polymerase chain reaction products. allele frequencies were 0.92 for A-IV1 0.08 A-IV2 allele. genetic codon 347 investigated allele-specific oligonucleotide hybridization. two alleles, A-IV347Thr A-IV347Ser, 0.78 0.22, respectively. followed restriction enzyme digestion amplified XbaI-1 XbaI-2, 0.79 0.21, None had significant lipoprotein, glucose levels.
