摘要: CEACAM6 is a member of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked immunoglobulin superfamily that implicated in variety human cancers. In our previous study, we reported was overexpressed gastric cancer tissues and promoted metastasis. The purpose this study to determine the role tumor angiogenesis mimicry formation. We found tubule formation dependent on HUVEC cells vasculogenic cells; opposing results were achieved CEACAM6-silenced groups. Moreover, mosaic vessels formed by observed vitro 3D-culture assay. Overexpressed growth, VEGF expression structures vivo. accordance with these observations, phosphorylation FAK paxillin up-regulated CEACAM6-overexpressing cells, inhibitor Y15 could reduce These findings suggest promotes via signaling may be new target for anti-vascular treatment.
