摘要: We found small amounts of cholecystokinin in the normal human adenohypophysis and therefore examined pituitary tumors from 87 patients with acromegaly, Cushing's disease, Nelson's syndrome, prolactinoma, or inactive adenomas. Five adenomas associated syndrome contained increased cholecystokinin, concentrations being extremely high two: 8281 13,453 pmol per gram as compared less than 30 glands. The were moderately another 12 patients, whom 5 had disease 7 acromegaly containing ACTH. peptides smaller sulfated conclude that ACTH-producing cells may also produce an altered form cholecystokinin.
