摘要: This study examines the question: Why would an employee engage in work that enhances organizational performance but is not necessarily recognized or rewarded by his her employer? suggests this question can be answered part degree to which endorses Protestant ethic (PWE). The relationship between PWE and citizenship behaviors (OCB) analyzed using two separate survey data samples. Findings support a positive significant OCB dimensions of PWE, hard independence.
