摘要: Abstract An autopsy examination was made in 102 consecutive cases of fatal myocardial infarction that occurred a coronary care unit. Thirty-five the patients (34 percent) were found to have right ventricular infarction. All infarcts associated with transmural posterior left ventricle or interventricular septum, both. The group compared without Both groups had predominant pattern arterial atherosclerosis consisting severe stenosis proximal anterior descending and arteries variable involvement circumflex main arteries. There no significant difference between two severity distribution atherosclerosis. However, twice as many recent occlusions did at least one lesion present 86 percent those infarction, only 30 majority acute lesions both thrombotic, but intramural hemorrhages within atherosclerotic plaques also found. In greatest number artery, distributed throughout tree.
