摘要: A three layer membrane (TLM) of polybenzimidazole/graphite oxide/polybenzimidazole (PBI/GO/PBI) has been fabricated as an electrolyte for intermediate temperature polymer exchange fuel cells (IT-PEMFCs). The is prepared by encapsulating a GO with two single PBI membranes via layer-by-layer procedure and subsequently imbibed phosphoric acid (PA). TLM exhibits lower swelling ratio than that the pristine at same PA loading time. mechanical strength could reach 28.6 MPa 150 °C, significantly higher (12.2 MPa). loaded amount 2.23H3PO4 molecules per repeat unit (PRU), which provides proton conductivity 0.0138 S cm−1 °C. structure promotes PEMFCs leakage material corrosion. cell performance based on peak power density 210 mW cm−2
