摘要: Due to a suitable band gap and high optical absorption in the visible spectrum, copper bismuth sulfide (CBS) has raised concern as one of potential photovoltaic absorber materials. In this work, CBS thin films were prepared by co-evaporating metal CuS materials vacuum system following an annealing process. Morphologies, compositions, structures, electrical properties all investigated. Finally, completed device based on CdS/CBS heterojunction was fabricated efficiency 1.7% obtained current states. All those analyses indicated kind material for application.
