摘要: In this paper, the problem of integrating scalable media encoding mechanisms with emerging solutions/protocols for streaming is addressed. this, we consider cases technologies, trying to combine them protocols and transmission rate adaptation. An architecture comprising a encoder supported by DCCP transport protocol proposed. The proposal introduces buffer management mechanism that takes advantage adaptation features complementing DCCPs' inherent congestion control.
