摘要: Abstract In this work, we report the effect of F doping on some physical properties CdO films. Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique has been used to obtain Thicknesses, refractive indices and extinction coefficients films have determined by spectroscopic ellipsometry using Cauchy–Urbach model for fitting. Transmission reflectance spectra taken UV spectrophotometer, band gap values optical method. X-ray diffraction patterns study structural such as crystallinity level, texture coefficient, crystallite size lattice constants. Atomic force microscope images see surface topography roughness Finally, it concluded that both doped improved are promising materials solar cell applications.
