摘要: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays a fundamental role in angiogenesis and cell biology, has been the subject of intense study as result. VEGF acts via diverse complex range signaling pathways, with new targets constantly being discovered. This review attempts to summarize current state knowledge regarding cardiovascular particular emphasis on its angiogenesis.
