摘要: Recently, it was reported that knockdown of DICER reduced the ATM-dependent DNA damage response and homologous recombination repair (HRR) via decreasing DICER-generated small RNAs at sites. However, we found dramatically increased cell resistance to camptothecin induced required ATM facilitate HRR. This phenotype is due a prolonged G1/S transition DICER-dependent biogenesis miRNA let-7, which p21(Waf1/Cip1)/p27(Kip1) levels resulted in HRR efficiency. These results uncover novel function regulating cycle through biogenesis, thus affecting damage.
