摘要: Ľarthrose est la pathologie articulaire plus frequente touchant aussi bien les genoux, hanches que mains. Outre le vieillissement et antecedents de traumatisme articulaire, ľobesite un facteur risque majeur ďarthrose des articulations portantes (hanches, genoux). Ceci s’explique par transduction au niveau chondrocytes contraintes mecaniques excessives en processus ďinflammation degradation enzymatique du cartilage. Il existe egalement lien systemique entre arthrose obesite, illustre une augmentation mains (articulations non portantes) chez sujets obeses, possiblement expliquee adipokines. Au-dela ľarthrose liee a ľobesite, on definit desormais associee syndrome metabolique (ou metabolique) englobant avec mais ľassociation autres composantes (hypertension arterielle, diabete ou insulino-resistance dyslipidemie). De nombreux mecanismes physiopathologiques sont communs ces pathologies telles ľinflammation chronique bas grade stress oxydant. Cette nouvelle approche fonction phenotypes (metabolique, lie ľâge post-traumatique) devrait permettre ďenvisager nouvelles perspectives therapeutiques personnaliser prise charge patients.
