摘要: We introduce a coupled dipstick and microscopy device for analyzing urine samples. The is capable of accurately assessing results while simultaneously imaging the microscopic contents within sample. long working distance, cellphone-based microscope in combination with an oblique illumination scheme to visualize quantify particles To facilitate accurate quantification, we couple set-up power-free filtration system. proposed reusable, low-cost, requires very little power. show that obtained custom-built app are consistent those standard clinical protocol, suggesting potential utility device.
