摘要: We formulated a chemically defined medium consisting of 14 inorganic salts, 23 amino acids, vitamins and other factors, seven purines pyrimidines, glucose which would successfully support the growth wide variety oral microorganisms. Of 204 isolates representing 20 genera 60 species, 197 maintained viability through six serial transfers.
