摘要: Cell mechanisms are actively modulated by membrane dynamics. We studied the dynamics of a first-stage biomimetic system Fluorescence Recovery After Patterned Photobleaching. Using this simple system, constituted $\alpha$ -hemolysin from Staphylococcus aureus inserted as single heptameric pore or complexes pores in glass-supported DMPC bilayer, we observed true diffusion behavior, with no immobile fraction. find two situations: i) when incubation is shorter than 15 hours, protein inserts and diffuses roughly three times more slowly its host lipid bilayer; ii) longer hours leads to formation larger which diffuse slowly. Our results indicate that, while Saffman-Delbruck model adequately describes coefficient D for small radii, objects decreases 1/R 2 size range explored study. Additionally, presence proteins, gel-to-fluid transition supported bilayer well temperature shift observed.
