摘要: Objectives: To describe and identify sociodemographic behavioural characteristics other factors related to high-risk behaviour for HIV infection of men who have sex with (MSM) living in Fortaleza, Brazil. Methods: A survey was carried out among 400 MSM aged 14-65 years recruited through the snowball technique or gay-identified venues. semi-structured questionnaire conducted them. Logistic regression analysis used model dichotomous outcome (high risk low risk). Results: Forty-four per cent participants reported engaging sexual previous year. less informed about AIDS, reporting more partners, at least one female partner year, having anal as favourite way sex, great enjoyment unprotected were likely be engaged risky behaviour. Twenty-three contact women during Two-thirds had their partners also hacl male partners. Conclusions: large proportion Fortaleza still remain elevated contracting infection.
