F-centre growth kinetics and thermoluminescence in cesium halides

摘要: The growth rate of F-centres as a function the time X-irradiation and thermoluminescence (TL) X-ray colored cesium halides have been studied. In case CsCl CsBr effect cadmium impurity is to suppress F-band. first stage has analysed into further ‘exponential’ substages. in consists at least two substages whereas analysis crystals yielded only one substage for stage. Two TL glow peaks found X-irradiated 110 125 °C. results suggest that these are due recombination F-centre electrons with holes. CsCl, attributable observed 100, 120, 135 Cd-doped new which attributed centres involving Cd-impurity, by comparison optical absorption studies. trap depths evaluated using ‘initial rise method’. Es wird die Bildungsgeschwindigkeit von F-Zentren Abhangigkeit der Rontgen-bestrahlungsdauer und Thermolumineszenz mit Rontgenstrahlen verfarbten Casiumhalogeniden untersucht. Im Falle verringern Kadmiumverun-reinigungen das Wachsen F-Bande. Das erste Stadium Bildung wurde weitere „exponentielle” Unterzustande zerlegt. besteht aus wenigstens zwei Unterzustanden, wahrend Analyse CsCl-Kristallen nur einen Unterzustand fur den ersten Zustand liefert. Zwei TL-Glow-Maxima wurden rontgenbestrahltem bei °C gefunden. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, diese durch Rekombination F-Zentrenelektronen Lochern verursacht werden. werden TL-Glowmaxima, zugeordnet konnen, 120 beobachtet. Cd-dotierten Kristallen neue Glowmaxima gefunden, Vergleich optischen Absorptionsuntersuchungen Zentren werden, an denen Cd-Verunreinigung beteiligt ist. Haftstellentiefen Methode des „Anfangsanstiegs” berechnet.
