摘要: Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in miRNA biosynthesis genes DROSHA and DGCR8 were indicated to be correlated with cancer risk. We comprehensively reviewed analyzed the effect of on Eligible articles selected according a series inclusion exclusion criteria. Consequently, ten case–control studies (from nine citations) 4265 cases 4349 controls involved meta-analysis seven most prevalent SNPs (rs10719 T/C, rs6877842 G/C, rs2291109 A/T, rs642321 C/T, rs3757 G/A, rs417309 rs1640299 T/G). Our findings demonstrated that SNP was significantly associated an elevated risk overall every genetic model. In stratified analysis, correlations rs10719 observed Asian laryngeal subgroups, respectively. Moreover, associations could also found numerous subgroups including: Caucasian population subgroups; breast population-based (PB) hospital-based (HB) subgroups. conclusion, rs10719, SNPs, play pivotal roles cancerogenesis may potential biomarkers for cancer-forewarning.
