摘要: Abstract To monitor pesticide residues in cowpea and assess the potential public health risk, 433 fresh samples from Hainan province (2012 2013) were collected presence of 20 organophosphoate, carbamate pyrethroid was determined. A screening analysis consisting a dietary exposure assessment residue performed using deterministic approach-point estimate exposure. The results indicated most important triazophos, carbofuran, isocarbophos, phoxim omethoate. estimated daily intakes (EDIs) those pesticides 72.89%, 27.45%, 12.35%, 12.19% 9.15% Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) respectively. Then probabilistic approach applied on concern demonstrated that triazophos exceeded ADI at P99.9. relative potency factors method employed to ascertain is cause for concern.
