摘要: Purpose of the study This seeks to explore methods for conducting economic evaluations alongside multinational trials by a systematic review used in practice and challenges that are typically faced researchers who conducted evaluations. Methods A was period 2002 2012, with potentially relevant articles identified searching Medline, Embase NHS EED databases. Studies were included if they full trial. Results total 44 studies out possible 2667 met inclusion criteria. Methods analyses varied between studies, indicating lack consensus on how evaluation should be carried out. The most common challenge appeared related addressing differences countries, which hinders generalisability transferability results.
