摘要: This article examines the influence of social support on crack use in a sample 435 African American out-of-treatment users recruited through street outreach Raleigh, North Carolina, between 2000 and 2002. Multivariate regression models indicated that was not strong use. For women, no variables predicted use, whereas for men, having non-using partner negatively associated with Findings indicate existing is strongly linked to drug among Americans, but men may be positively influenced by sexual partners. Limitations data are discussed. Further research needed drug-using populations.
