摘要: Incorporation of tritiated thymidine, cytidine, DL leucine and the autoradiograph technique were used to determine patterns synthesis DNA, RNA, protein throughout complete mitotic cycle pea root meristem cells. Pulse experiments with thymidine duration G1, S G2 period. The incorporation cytidine into highly polymerized RNA required from 3 4 hours. No was synthesized during metaphase anaphase. A possible relationship between nucleolus, nuclear membrane discussed. Protein at a high level entire period being most active.
