摘要: In this paper, a novel direct DNA electrochemical biosensor was developed for detection of breakpoint cluster region gene and the cellular abl (BCR/ABL) fusion from chronic myelogenous leukemia. Nanosized ZnO first immobilized on surface carbon paste electrode, then poly(indole-5-carboxylic acid) (PICA), new electroactive material, electropolymerized substrate by using potentiostatic method to form unique nanocomposite structure. The obtained PICA/ZnO not only served as immobilization but also reflected transduction originating hybridization without any outer indicators or complicated labeling. probe successfully conducted via covalent bonding between abundant carboxyl groups film amino at 5′-end DNA. After with target DNA, formation double-helix structure induced “signal-on” nanocomposite. dynamic range detecting complementary sequence BCR/ABL 1.0 × 10−15 10−9 mol/L impedance spectroscopy, limit estimated be 2.2 10−16 mol/L.
