摘要: Chlorophyll fluorescence has been widely used in laboratory studies understanding both the mechanism of photosynthesis itself and mechanisms by which a range environmental factors alter photosynthetic capacity. The measurement chlorophyll is non-destructive non-invasive, thus considerable potential for use field situation. Applications simply from means rapidly identifying injury to leaves absence visible symptoms detailed analysis causes change This paper introduces topic fluorescence, its interpretation application studies, giving particular attention induction kinetics recently developed modulated light fluorimeters. Three commercial fluorimeters designed applications were compared: (1) Plant Stress Meter, BioMonitor AB, Sweden; (2) MFMS, Hansatech Ltd, UK; (3) PAM 101, H. Walz, Federal Republic Germany. structure each are briefly reviewed. It was beyond scope this comparison examine full instrument but measurements parameter Fv/Fmax made with on: Triticum aestivum L. treated herbicide Atrazine; Picea abies (L.) Karst. samples collected sites known receive different levels ambient air pollution. In experiments, results obtained three showed good agreement. relative merits discussed. Key-words: stress detection, fluorimeters, Atrazine treatment, photosynthesis, pollutants, photosystem II
