摘要: This manuscript is mainly to systemically review the published reports that compared efficacy and safety of robotic-assisted (RP) versus open pyeloplasty (OP) in children with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). We did a systemic search PubMed® for all randomized controlled trials or comparative studies surgical results robotic UPJO. Two authors (Hsu Chang) independently literature search, quality assessment, data extraction. The obtained were analyzed Cochrane Collaboration Review Manager (RevMan®, version 5.3). end points analysis included age, operative time, hospital stay, costs, complications, success rate. In total, seven three using national database met criteria comprised 20,691 (RP:OP = 1956:18,735) patients meta-analysis. Most reported median value patient stay. Only small proportion could be enrolled revealed RP was more frequently performed older children, required longer shorter postoperative rate comparable (RR = 0.99, 95 CI 0.94–1.04). Comparing OP, there significant higher complication (RR = 1.29, 1.10–1.51) costs group. Robotic-assisted may promising alternative minimal invasive surgery UPJO if rates can overcome near future.
