摘要: High-resolution spectra of H216O, H217O, and H218O were recorded with a Fourier-transform spectrometer, covering transitions in the (020)–(010) (020)–(000) bands. The measured line frequencies used to determine high-accuracy values rotational energy levels (020) vibrational states for three isotopic species. Measurements strengths fitted model which 19 transition moment parameters determined each band molecule. fitting technique did not consider interactions between (020), (100), (001) states. experimental results provide more accurate representation positions than those currently available these
