摘要: Modern societies are characterized by a 24/7 lifestyle (LS) with no environmental differences between day and night, resulting in weak zeitgebers (weak light, absence of darkness during constant temperature, sedentary LS frequent snacking), as consequence, an impaired circadian system (CS) through process known chronodisruption. Both CS impairment related to human pathologies (certain cancers, metabolic syndrome affective cognitive disorders), but little is about how chronoenhance the CS. The aim this work propose practical strategies for chronoenhancement, based on accentuating day/night contrast.
