摘要: We show that the non-local susceptibility ¯ (r,r 0 ) for a non- translationally invariant homogenized wire medium is, modulo constant, given by simple Green function related to material geometry. also two previous methods solving wave interaction problems bounded media (wave expansion method and transport equation) are equivalent each other, third involving particle reflection at boundary. discuss importance of dead layer or virtual interface, find it be analogous excitonic semiconductor case. Several examples provided clarify material.
